International Expansion and Payment Infrastructure
We're preparing to launch in a few new markets next year and reviewing our payment stack before doing so. During research I found https://performa.com and was curious whether anyone here has experience with it.
How are you handling global payments as your business expands?

Good idea to think about it before expansion. We waited too long and had to rebuild everything later. At first our setup seemed fine, but after entering a few new markets the number of transactions grew quickly. Different currencies and payment methods started creating extra work for the team. Looking back, it would have been much easier to sort out the payment infrastructure before expanding rather than changing everything in the middle of growth.
